Hi, here I am trying to tell you about my 21 days of microdosing. I want to share how to do it and what to expect!

Understanding the Cognitive Block

It all started with a cognitive block. I experienced this for the last three years. It began when I resigned for reasons beyond my control. If I had done what I was asked to do, I would have ended up in jail. I took extreme measures to counter the trauma, but this led to another problem and a chain of others. A constant cognitive block began building inside me. I witnessed extreme events during this period, all pointing to the cognitive block that thickened over time. I had to leave the country to conduct this experiment.

I had been reading about microdosing and discovered that it could help overcome depression, anxiety, and psychological misalignment. So, I decided to start.

Day 0: Preparation Phase

In the preparation phase, I gathered everything I needed for a productive Monday. I made sure to have my university materials, chores, wallet, phone, chargers, power bank, speakers, and laptop all in places where I often sit. I ensured all electronics were fully charged and ready for work.

I cleaned my apartment and spread a pleasant fragrance throughout. I chose coffee and oud, which reflected my personality. I cooked food and stored the rest in the refrigerator, along with cool drinks and fruits.

Day 1 - Day 10: Shoot-Up Phase

During the shoot-up phase, I started very slowly. I consumed a minimal amount each day and observed what was happening to me. I began this after four years of cleansing, so I had a fresh start. I started noticing changes. Previously, I struggled to think of solutions that didn’t have implications for my existing mental model. However, microdosing allowed me to overcome that fear of losing what I currently had.

I began exploring other visual models and frameworks. I connected to consciousness from different locations and was able to build a mental model together. There was an urge to consume more to gain further insights, but I had to limit myself and proceed step by step. I was able to grasp knowledge systematically, albeit slowly. During this time, I managed my university studies, projects, and submissions, keeping a clear timeline for these events in mind.

Day 11 - Day 20: Cognitive Rebuilding Phase

In the cognitive rebuilding phase, my work began to accelerate. I thought more clearly and explored various solutions. The cognitive block I had started to break down on its own. I didn’t have to look out for myself; it was automatically taken care of. My thinking became sharper and more precise, allowing me to delve into details. I expected a jump in my thought process, and it slowly delivered results.

Day 21: Moment of Truth Phase

On the final day of my experiment, I celebrated a little. I took a good dosage and enjoyed the day. I felt humbled by my microdosing experience and had a moment of self-actualization in the evening. My consciousness experienced a significant leap, exploring at a higher frequency. I realized that the last 20 days were the most productive of my life. However, I reminded myself not to overwork!

I discovered the perfect balance between a demanding, suppressive way of thinking and a robust, exploding thinking style. Now, the challenge is to take the essence of this experience back into reality and apply it to my workflow.

Conclusion

Microdosing has opened new doors for me. It has helped me break free from the cognitive block that held me back for so long. I encourage anyone curious about this journey to explore it for themselves. Remember, the path to self-discovery is unique for everyone, and the insights gained can be transformative.

See you in the next session!
